With the widespread use of arbitration provisions in consumer agreements, many wronged consumers find themselves unable to obtain relief through the courts because their claims are too small to warrant attorney fees and their consumer agreements prevent them from joining a class action lawsuit.
Sometimes this challenge can be overcome through mass arbitrations where a plaintiff’s lawyer files hundreds of individual arbitration claims on behalf of wronged consumers and the cost of litigation can be spread over multiple arbitrations.
Having built and managed a mass arbitration team that simultaneously represented hundreds of individual claimants, I can offer clients relief options even when their dispute involves mandatory arbitration or class action waiver requirements.

Sofi Stadium Undisclosed Credit Card Charges
My firm has filed a class action lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against the entities operating the Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles, CA, for their deceptive practice of charging undisclosed processing fees from patrons at stadium points of sale. The lawsuit alleges that defendants misrepresented the total cost of the purchased goods by adding undisclosed processing fees to patrons’ purchase amount before running their credit cards.
